About

StackFitter helps small businesses and agencies choose software that fits how they actually work. We compare CRMs, marketing platforms, and the tools around them, and we end every comparison with a clear recommendation.

Who writes StackFitter

StackFitter is written by Alex Ward, a pen name. By day, Alex builds template and workflow systems for a newsroom: the repeatable processes that let a team produce accurate work quickly, every day, on deadline.

Alex has also worked hands-on with CRMs for real estate brokers and small businesses, the people who live in their pipeline and feel every missed follow-up. On the marketing side, Alex has produced video and photo content for marketing, so the reviews here look at campaigns and content workflows from the creator’s side too, not just the sales side.

All of that comes down to one question: does this tool fit the way the team actually works? A broker juggling showings or a small team on deadline can’t afford software that looks great in a demo and then adds steps on a busy day. StackFitter asks that question about every CRM and marketing platform it covers.

How we review software

  • Workflow first. We look at how a tool handles the work you repeat every week, such as following up with leads, running campaigns, or onboarding clients, not just how long its feature list is.
  • Who it’s for. Each comparison names the kind of business a tool suits best, by team size, budget, and the work it needs to handle.
  • Pricing at your size. We work from each vendor’s own pricing pages and note what you’ll pay as you add users, contacts, or add-ons. Pricing changes often, so articles show when they were last checked.
  • Sources you can check. When an article states a price, a limit, or a feature, it links to the vendor’s own page or documentation.
  • A straight answer. Every comparison ends with a recommendation, including “neither” when that’s the honest answer.
  • Kept current. When a vendor changes its pricing or plans in a way that changes our recommendation, we update the article and its date.

How StackFitter makes money

Some links on StackFitter are affiliate links. If you sign up for a product through one of them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions don’t decide our recommendations, and we cover tools whether or not they pay us. Our affiliate disclosure lists the programs we belong to.
